We take pride in the craftsmanship of our Jansen piano benches and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bench does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, showroom condition.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully disassemble the bench legs if necessary and pack the item in its original protective internal packaging and heavy-duty outer box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your protection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the bench for any signs of use or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
