How long does it take to ship my order?
Standard benches usually ship within 2 to 5 business days. Custom finishes or specific leather upholstery options are built to order and typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bench leaves our facility.
Do I need to assemble the bench myself?
Minor assembly is required for most models, which involves attaching the legs to the pre-assembled seat frame. We provide all necessary hardware and high-grade wrenches to ensure a sturdy, wobble-free fit in just a few minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your bench, you can return it in its original packaging for a refund. Please note that custom-made benches may be subject to a restocking fee.
